Welcome to www.dubaiyachtrental.ae (the “Website”). This Website is owned and operated by Yacht Rental Portal LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using this Website, submitting inquiries, or making bookings, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.

1. Platform Role & Scope

DubaiYachtRental.ae is a booking and marketing platform only.

  • We act solely as an intermediary between yacht managing / owning companies (“Yacht Providers”) and clients (“Users”).
  • We do not own, operate, manage, or crew yachts unless explicitly stated.
  • All yacht rentals are provided by independent Yacht Providers.

2. Acceptance of Yacht Provider Terms

By confirming a booking through the Website, you explicitly agree that:

  • The rental is governed by the Terms & Conditions of the Yacht Provider operating the selected yacht.
  • Those terms may include rules on:
  • Cancellation & refunds
  • Security deposits
  • Insurance & liability
  • Passenger limits
  • Yacht usage & conduct
  • In case of conflict, the Yacht Provider’s rental agreement prevails.

3. Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • You will use the Website for lawful purposes only

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and provider confirmation
  • Prices may change without notice until confirmed
  • Payments may be processed online or offline via approved methods
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any booking at our discretion

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with UAE maritime laws and safety regulations
  • Follow the rules of the Yacht Provider and crew instructions
  • Be responsible for guest behavior onboard

6. Yacht Information Disclaimer

  • Yacht photos, layouts, and specifications are for illustration purposes only
  • Actual yacht condition, model year, and features may vary
  • Weather, maritime authority decisions, or safety concerns may affect trips

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Yacht Provider
  • We are not responsible for refund decisions unless explicitly stated
  • No-shows or late arrivals may result in full charges

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, damages, losses, or disputes occurring during or related to the yacht rental
  • Liability rests with the Yacht Provider and/or User, as per their agreement
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content including text, images, branding, logos, and design is the property of Yacht Rental Portal LLC or its licensors and is protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Collection & Marketing Consent

By using the Website, you agree that:
