By booking a Jet Car ride, you agree to the following terms. Advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, and a valid Passport or Emirates ID must be presented before the ride.
The minimum driver age is 18 years old. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol and must not have any serious medical conditions or be pregnant. All riders must follow the instructions provided by the instructor at all times.
Life jackets are mandatory during the entire experience. A safety briefing will be conducted before departure. Any reckless or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.
The renter is responsible for any damages caused due to negligence or misuse. The company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. A liability waiver must be signed prior to participation.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking unless otherwise stated. No-shows are non-refundable. Rides may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather or sea conditions. Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled time.
