- Route and swimming stop are subject to weather, sea conditions, and coast guard approval.
- Any damage caused to yacht property will be charged to the responsible guest.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by captain and crew.
- In case of extreme weather or government restrictions, cruise may be rescheduled.
- Cancellation policy depends on supplier terms (commonly 24–48 hours prior). No refunds for no-shows.
