Yacht rental terms & conditions

Full payment must be completed before departure.
Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded (as per booking confirmation).
Guests must follow Captain and crew instructions at all times.
The Captain has final authority on safety, route, and weather decisions.
Charter time starts and ends as confirmed - late arrival does not extend duration.
No illegal substances allowed onboard.
Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior is not permitted.
Smoking inside cabins is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
Severe weather may result in rescheduling (subject to availability).
No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellation.
