Four levels give a group real room to spread out, and five cabins each with a bathroom bring near overnight-style comfort to a four-hour minimum. A captain and crew of six keep cold drinks, fruit and coffee moving so guests manage nothing. As with any Benetti, the draw is the finish and the way it carries itself.

• Full payment must be completed before departure.
• Maximum capacity of 50 guests must not be exceeded (as per booking confirmation).
• Guests must follow Captain and crew instructions at all times.
• The Captain has final authority on safety, route, and weather decisions.
• Charter time (minimum 4 hours) starts and ends as confirmed - late arrival does not extend duration.
• No illegal substances allowed onboard.
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior is not permitted.
• Smoking inside cabins is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• Severe weather may result in rescheduling (subject to availability).
• No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellation.
