Yacht rental terms & conditions
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the charter.
- All charters are subject to availability and marina approval
- Cancellation more than 7 days before charter – 30% charge of total booking value.
- Cancellation within 7 days – 50% charge.
- Cancellation within 72 hours – 100% charge.
- In case the Coast Guard does not issue a sailing permit due to unsafe weather conditions, the charter may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- Weather discomfort (heat, wind, light rain) is not considered unsafe unless officially restricted.
- The maximum guest capacity must be strictly respected.
- Any damage to the yacht or equipment will be charged to the client.
- Illegal substances and prohibited items are strictly forbidden onboard.
- The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund in case of safety violations or misconduct.
