Three cabins cover changing and breaks, but the catamaran deck is the whole draw: level, expansive, and with far less of the roll a mono-hull picks up in a crowd. • Full payment must be completed before departure.
• Maximum capacity of 90 guests must not be exceeded (as per booking confirmation).
• Guests must follow Captain and crew instructions at all times.
• The Captain has final authority on safety, route, and weather decisions.
• Charter time (minimum 4 hours) starts and ends as confirmed - late arrival does not extend duration.
• No illegal substances allowed onboard.
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior is not permitted.
• Smoking inside cabins is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• Severe weather may result in rescheduling (subject to availability).
• No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellation.
