Yacht rental terms & conditions
- All yacht bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after availability has been verified and the required deposit has been received.
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the day of the charter prior to the start time.
- The charter will not commence until full payment has been received.
- Cancellations after booking confirmation are subject to charges.
- For bigger boats, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled 24 hours before the charter.
- For bigger boats, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled less than 24 hours before the charter.
- The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the charter in case of unsafe weather conditions.
- In case of weather-related cancellation, an alternative date will be offered subject to availability.
