• A booking is considered confirmed only after availability has been verified and the required deposit has been received.
• A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the day of the charter prior to the start time.
• The charter will not commence until full payment has been received.
• Cancellations after booking confirmation are subject to charges.
• For bigger boats, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled 24 hours before the charter.
