The Maiora 92ft Motor Yacht (refitted 2024) opens up across several deck levels, with room for up to 40 guests — enough for a corporate group to split between a busier main deck and quieter seating above for meetings or downtime.

Four bathrooms below serve a full guest list, while the saloon and deck levels give a large group room to gather and eat. An electric BBQ, fridge, ice buckets and coffee service cover the day, and a crew of four and a captain run a three-hour minimum from Dubai Harbour.

The yacht cruises the open water off Palm Jumeirah with Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab on the skyline — deck space and separate areas that suit a company day afloat.

Yacht rental terms & conditions

• Full payment must be completed before departure.
• Maximum capacity of 40 guests must not be exceeded (as per booking confirmation).
• Guests must follow Captain and crew instructions at all times.
• The Captain has final authority on safety, route, and weather decisions.
• Charter time (minimum 3 hours) starts and ends as confirmed - late arrival does not extend duration.
• No illegal substances allowed onboard.
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior is not permitted.
• Smoking inside cabins is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• Severe weather may result in rescheduling (subject to availability).
• No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellation.
