Yacht rental terms & conditions
- Free cancellation up to 96 hours prior to the scheduled charter time.
- 50% of the total charter fee will be charged for cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter.
- 100% of the total charter fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the charter.
- In the event that a sailing permit is not issued by the Coast Guard, the charter may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- Coast Guard permits are issued by 09:00 on the day of the charter.
