Two decks give the group a split they can actually use: three cabins with two bathrooms below for bags, changing and a quieter corner, and an open aft deck with saloon up top where a birthday really happens. A captain and crew of two run a three-hour minimum, and the Majesty build brings a cleaner interior than most boats this size.

• Full payment must be completed before departure.
• Maximum capacity of 25 guests must not be exceeded (as per booking confirmation).
• Guests must follow Captain and crew instructions at all times.
• The Captain has final authority on safety, route, and weather decisions.
• Charter time (minimum 3 hours) starts and ends as confirmed - late arrival does not extend duration.
• No illegal substances allowed onboard.
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior is not permitted.
• Smoking inside cabins is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
• Severe weather may result in rescheduling (subject to availability).
• No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellation.
