- A deposit is required upon booking confirmation, and full payment must be completed before the charter start time.
- The maximum capacity of 20 passengers must be strictly observed at all times.
- Any form of abuse, shouting, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward the captain or crew is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the charter will be terminated immediately without refund.
- All guests are required to follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew throughout the charter.
- Any damage caused to the yacht, its interior, equipment, or accessories during the charter will be fully charged to the client.
