- Full payment must be completed before departure.
- Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded (as per booking confirmation).
- Guests must follow Captain and crew instructions at all times.
- The Captain has final authority on safety, route, and weather decisions.
- Charter time starts and ends as confirmed - late arrival does not extend duration.
- No illegal substances allowed onboard.
- Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior is not permitted.
- Smoking inside cabins is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
- The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
- Severe weather may result in rescheduling (subject to availability).
- No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellation.
